By using 3LifeHosting services, including purchasing or accessing game server hosting, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions
- Services: Video game server hosting and related offerings
- Server: Game servers hosted and maintained by 3LifeHosting
- User Content: Data, content, or files you upload to our servers
- Account: Your created account for accessing Services
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Those under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all account activities. Notify 3LifeHosting immediately of suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.
5. Usage of Services
Users agree to:
- Use Services for lawful purposes only
- Not disrupt server operations or other users' experiences
- Avoid illegal activities including malware distribution, hacking, cheating, fraud, or exploitation
6. Prohibited Activities
Users cannot:
- Violate Canadian law, Criminal Code, privacy laws, or local/provincial/national laws in Alberta/Canada
- Host discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Engage in spamming, phishing, or malicious behavior
- Attempt unauthorized system or network access
- Harm, disrupt, or disable 3LifeHosting's or others' services, servers, or networks
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due on specified billing dates per the selected pricing plan. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Refunds are issued only for unresolved service failures or per Canadian consumer protection laws.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant 3LifeHosting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, display, and distribute it for service provision. Prohibited content includes material violating intellectual property rights or being illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
9. Termination and Suspension
3LifeHosting may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail verification, or disrupt services. Upon termination, you lose server data access. Back up important data before account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
3LifeHosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including revenue, data, or profit loss. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3LifeHosting, its employees, directors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violations of these Terms or use of our services.
12. Privacy
Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
3LifeHosting may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page and become effective immediately. Review Terms regularly for updates.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and Canada. Disputes are resolved in Alberta courts.
