How to find your server's IP and connect for the first time.

Connecting to Your Server

Once your server is provisioned you'll receive an email with your server's IP address and port. Use these to connect from within the game.

Finding Your Connection Details

  1. Log in to the Client Area
  2. Navigate to Services → select your server
  3. Your IP and port are listed under Server Information

Minecraft (Java Edition)

  1. Open Minecraft and click Multiplayer
  2. Click Add Server
  3. Enter your IP and port in the format 123.456.789.0:25565
  4. Click Done, then connect

Minecraft (Bedrock Edition)

  1. Open Minecraft and go to PlayServers
  2. Scroll down and click Add Server
  3. Enter your server name, IP, and port
  4. Tap Save and connect

Other Games

For other games, the connection process is similar — open the in-game server browser or direct connect option and enter your IP and port. Game-specific guides are available in the relevant KB category.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect, check:

  • Your server is started in the control panel
  • The correct port is being used
  • Your firewall is not blocking the connection
